Job Description - Senior Manager Ticketing Contracts


You’re accountable for your actions and those of your team and you collaborate and support others to consistently deliver on your promises.

If finding complex technological solutions is your game, we've got the team for you. You're going to help us create seamless operations that result in efficiency for millions of customers.


 



In this role, you'll:


 


You will be involved in leading and managing large-scale ticketing contracts, including oversight of high-value customer-facing agreements such as the Opal system.



You will support the delivery and performance of outsourced services, ensuring compliance, operational effectiveness and strong vendor management across complex contracts.



You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, balancing hands-on contract management with people leadership and acting as a key interface for stakeholders.

About you



You have strong experience in complex commercial contract management, ideally within large-scale, customer-facing or technology environments.



You have proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams while overseeing high-value outsourced service providers.



You have excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to operate across technical and commercial environments and manage competing priorities.
