Your New Role
As the Managing Consultant, you will lead the design and delivery of complex Data & Analytics projects while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. You will combine technical depth, commercial awareness, and strong communication skills to guide teams, shape solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes. You will also play a key role in developing junior consultants, contributing to internal methodologies, and supporting business development activities across the region.
Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering high-quality business solutions that improve performance and create value.
• Leading medium to large projects, ensuring effective project control, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, BI, and Analytics solutions.
• Designing and maintaining complex data engineering solutions.
• Presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contributing to proposals, methodologies, collateral, and thought leadership.
• Building strong client relationships and supporting regional growth initiatives.
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will bring:

• Broad IT experience, with a strong focus on Data & Analytics project delivery.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into BI, Analytics, and Data Warehouse solutions.
• Strong data integration and ETL/ELT capability across varied data sources.
• Experience working closely with business users to design impactful visualisations and reporting solutions.
• Technical understanding of modern data and analytics technologies and development techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
• Data engineering skills; Databricks or Data Science experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain awareness of industry trends.
