Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join HUB24 on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HUB24 Roadshow and key industry events, delivering seamless, high-quality experiences that support our brand and client engagement strategy. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to plan, coordinate and execute events from end to end.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Proven senior experience delivering large-scale conferences (450+ attendees) and national roadshows, ideally within financial services, technology or professional associations

• Strong background in events-led marketing and experiential campaigns

• Demonstrated previous leadership experience, either through direct people management or leading project/workstream delivery

• Demonstrated ability to integrate events into broader marketing and brand strategies

• Proven budget ownership with strong commercial acumen

• Highly developed stakeholder and relationship management skills

• Confidence operating at both a strategic and hands-on delivery level

• Ability to build strong, trusted working relationships with a range of stakeholders

• Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of securing successful outcomes

• Ability to quickly build rapport and establish professional credibility
