About the role
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, you will:
Develop Marketing and Public Relations strategies Execute all elements of the marketing campaigns including ATL & BTL advertising, digital marketing, social media, graphic design, Public Relations & sponsorships Manage vendor partners as well as marketing and external media agencies Lead the graphic design team Manage and mentor a dynamic team of Marketers Develop and optimise the marketing budget Analyse sales and measure the effectiveness of the implemented marketing programs Produce and deliver regular reports relating to ROI, budgetary spend and areas of opportunity and risk Analyse consumer trends and drive key market insights to drive the marketing strategy Drive customer understanding and insights Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of product, competition, category, customer and consumer trends to enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance Optimise new store openings by developing and implementing new store opening campaigns Work with other stakeholders and global teams for alignment on global brand direction Note: You will be required to undertake regular domestic and international travel, as well participate in regular out of hours conference calls and meetings.
About you
7+ years in Marketing, Public Relations or advertising with a strong preference for experience working for global brands 4+ years people management experience Fashion/retail industry experience strongly preferred Extensive budgeting and planning experience Exceptional strategic, analytical and creative thinking abilities Ability to influence and gain buy in from key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation If this sounds like you, please submit your CV as soon as possible by clicking 'Apply Now'.
