Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our Perth team.

About the role

• Prepare3D layouts (using Smart Plant 3D) and detail drawings 
• Deliver design drafting according to required project timeframes and standards by coordinating and supervising project members, reviewing deliverables and preparing design and detail drawings in line with requirements 
• Overcome design/schedule issues by maintaining an overview of activity, communicating with the Lead Mechanical Engineer and communicating issues in a timely manner 
• Maintain consistent design drafting standards across projects by communicating expectations and holding project members to account for standards 

About you

• Priorexperience ina similar role working on designs for Bulk Materials Handling or Plant layout. (experience with crushing, grinding, materials handling, flotation, CIL/CIP, slurry, pumping, slurry agitation, particle size classification and separation would also be highly regarded.)
• Advance diploma or equivalent in Engineering is desirable. 
• Experience withSmart Plant3Ddesirable
