Senior Mechanical Engineer

My client is a recognised specialist in the Building Services Sector, covering all areas of project deliverables from Pre-Construction planning & design through to Commissioning Management. As a privately-owned company, they are growing nationally and have several offices across the Eastern Seaboard with strong success across exsiting build projects in the Hospital, Data Centre, Commercial, Education, Retail and Hospitality Sectors.

Currently they are expanding their existing buildings team and require an experienced mechanical who knows what to look for on site, what problems come up and how to provide solutions.

No day is the same, if you enjoyi laising and problem solving with project managers and faciltieis managers, then this will be up your street.

Day to Day:

• Completing MEP compliance assessments
• Advising through due-diligence reporting
• Going through MEP design documentation
• designing mechanical documentation
• Problem-solving MEP services coordination issues
• Providing strategic Asset Plans
• Assisting in Acquisitions and disposal
