Senior Night Guest Service Agent – Queens Wharf Residences

Full Time Opportunity

Queens Wharf Residences is seeking a motivated and professional Senior Night Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role in one of Brisbane’s most iconic new residential and hotel precincts.

About the Role

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service at the Front Desk.
• Assist with training, coaching and supporting Guest Service Agents.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and enquiries with professionalism.
• Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Support the Front Office leadership team with daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Front Office/Guest Service Agent experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
