Join a modern, forward-thinking technology team responsible for delivering high-quality Microsoft 365 services across a large enterprise. You'll work within a skilled group supporting collaboration, messaging, automation and productivity platforms used organisation-wide.

Your new role
You will be the senior technical specialist supporting and enhancing the Microsoft 365 environment. This includes managing BAU operations, troubleshooting complex issues, leading evergreening, and contributing to key programs across Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Copilot, automation and compliance. You'll work closely with architects, SMEs and project teams to ensure stable, secure and continuously improving M365 services.

What you'll need to succeed
• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 in large, complex environments• Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, security and compliance tooling
• Solid PowerShell experience for automation and platform management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage workloads, incidents and changes in a fast-paced environment
• Desirable: ICT qualifications, M365 certifications, Graph API experience
