Senior Officer - School Review Program Coordinator

Summary

As the Senior Officer – School Review Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating the planning, scheduling and reporting activities that support the delivery of systemic school reviews. You will maintain program schedules, monitor milestones and provide clear information to help stakeholders understand progress, risks and priorities. Working collaboratively across the School Improvement program, you will support integrated workflows, consistent documentation and the timely delivery of review activities. This is an opportunity to use your program coordination, analysis and stakeholder engagement skills to contribute to continuous improvement across Brisbane Catholic Education schools.

• Salary:  $106,703 - $118,555 plus super

About the opportunity

In this position you will be responsible for:  

• Coordinate program schedules and activities to support the delivery of systemic school reviews within agreed timeframes


• Maintain schedules, monitor milestones and track progress, dependencies and variances


• Research and analyse program information, identifying emerging risks, issues and opportunities for corrective action


• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports that clearly communicate review progress and outcomes to stakeholders


• Coordinate stakeholder communication, information management and administrative activities across the review program


• Develop and maintain accurate program documentation and resources across relevant systems, including Spire and SharePoint


• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support the planning, preparation and delivery of school reviews


• Contribute to problem-solving, continuous improvement and the effective operation of the broader School Improvement program

About you

To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:    

• Demonstrated experience coordinating programs, projects, schedules or multiple interconnected activities.


• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to monitor milestones, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.


• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.


• Experience preparing clear reports, updates and program documentation for a range of stakeholders.


• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across different teams.


• High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate, accessible and consistent information.


• Confidence using digital systems and information management platforms, with experience using SharePoint highly regarded.


• Tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field, or previous experience in a similar position, will be highly regarded but are not essential
