Job title - Senior Operator, Production TTH Location - Moorebank, Australia Job model - Company Facility The Senior Operator, Production role is primarily responsible for the production of Dairy Starter Cultures so that they contribute to the growth and profitability of dsm-firmenich. The Senior Operator, Production works in a complex, mutable environment where the ability to coordinate the production schedule with variable growth times with all other activities is essential to success. This includes, but is not limited to, operating processing equipment by making up raw materials into media, transferring, monitoring fermentation, harvesting and freezing cultures.
