Senior Owners Corporation Manager

scouted. are currently working with a leading property industry leader who are seeking an experienced owners corporation manager to manage a portfolio of under 10 buildings all located inner city fringe.

Opportunity:

• Manage a high-rise portfolio of under 10 buildings
• parking provided 
• Dedicated Assistant to support you
• work from home available and flexible hours
• Inner city fringe location and close to public transport

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations of your portfolio
• Liaising with property owners and contractors
• Experience with dealing with cladding/complex building issues
• Organising and attending owners corporation meetings online and onsite
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders  

About You:

• Minimum 5 years experience in managing a high-rise portfolio
• Passionate on delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• wanting growth and development and an opportunity to progress in the role
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Enjoy working in a team environment and also autonomously
