Senior P&C Business Partner - Multi-site

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team in Southbank, Brisbane. In this role, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to provide strategic and practical HR solutions that support our clinicians, teams, and business performance.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the support office. 

We’re on the lookout for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner who’s as passionate about people as they are about business results. This role is all about partnering with leaders across the organisation to make sure our teams are supported, our culture is thriving, and our HR practices are sharp, modern, and people-first.

What you’ll be owning (but not juggling alone):

• Partnering with leaders to solve real business challenges through smart people strategies.
• Coaching and supporting managers to bring out the best in their teams.
• Employee relations that balance fairness, compliance, and common sense.
• Remuneration, benefits, workforce planning and policy work that actually makes sense.
• Driving culture and performance initiatives (minus L&D, WHS, TA  – we’ve got other legends handling those!).

• A savvy HR professional with solid business partnering experience.
• Someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to solve the detail.
• A confident communicator who can influence with both data and empathy.
• Practical, approachable, and maybe even a little fun – because HR doesn’t have to be dull.
