In the role of Senior Payroll Officer, you will become an integral part of a highly esteemed team within the finance department. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing end-to-end fortnightly and monthly payroll processing for all employees 
• Performing periodic calculations of statutory payroll (all states) obligations, including superannuation, PAYG and BAS  
• Handling and resolving payroll related inquiries efficiently with professionalism
• Generating and lodging regular and scheduled reports concerning payroll, adherence to current laws and regulations
• Ensuring a thorough understanding of current payroll compliance, best practices, processes and legislative requirements
• Calculating and issuing employee leave and termination payments as required
• Managing expense reports and performing account reconciliation
• Undertaking additional tasks as needed

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you should have at least 5-6 years' of relevant experience in payroll functions within a large successful company (open on industry). You must showcase exceptional organisational, analytical and problem solving skills and thrive in a team environment that values collaboration and support.
