Senior People and Culture Advisor

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Senior People and Culture Advisor. The role is a permanent full time based in Fullarton.

Reporting to the People & Culture Advisory Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to managers across TSA. You will be instrumental in shaping a positive and inclusive workplace culture by offering expert guidance and contributing to initiatives that enhance and support our blended workforce initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• P&C Advice & Support: Provide expert advice and first-line support to managers on HR policies, employee relations, and blended workforce matters.
• Workforce Support and Reporting: Maintain accurate workforce data and reporting to support planning and compliance, while assisting with position descriptions, classifications, and remuneration processes.
• Projects and Organisational Development: Support blended workforce projects, training initiatives, and organisational change activities in collaboration with P&C Partners.

ABOUT YOU

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with go-getter attitude. You are a proactive and resourceful individual with a passion for delivering excellent service and supporting the smooth operation of P&C functions.

Key Capabilities:

• A relevant degree qualification in HR, Business, or a related field
• Generalist HR experience and working knowledge of employment legislation, awards and HR policy frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policy, procedures and industrial instruments
