Job Description - Senior People and Culture Advisor

We're looking for a confident and capable Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join one of our amazing clients.
In this stand-alone role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business, providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing everything from strategic people initiatives through to day-to-day HR operations including:
Delivering end-to-end generalist support across recruitment, onboarding, performance, capability development, engagement, and workforce planning
Providing high-quality advice on ER and IR matters, including award interpretation, case management, and supporting leaders with complex issues
Driving continuous improvement across HR processes, policies, and frameworks
Partnering closely with managers to build leadership capability and embed best practice people management
Leading P&C projects and initiatives that enhance culture, performance, and employee experience
Ensuring compliance with legislation, awards, and internal standards
This role is suited to a Human Resources Business Partner looking to take their next step in their career! You bring proven experience in a generalist or business partner capacity with strong IR / ER expertise and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, exceptional relationship business and leadership coaching capability and a proactive, pragmatic solutions-focused mindset.
