Job Summary:

We're hiring a Senior Platform Administrator to join us at HUB24 on a fixed-term contract until late November 2026. Step into a senior role within HUB24’s platform operations team, where you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality service to advisers and clients. As a Senior Platform Administrator, you’ll act as a trusted subject matter expert—supporting the Adviser Administration Team Leader, driving process improvements, and ensuring the smooth and compliant administration of client platforms.

Blending technical expertise with strong client engagement, this role offers variety across complex account administration, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives. It’s well suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client outcomes while contributing to a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day workflow management, task allocation and tracking
  • Drive process improvements, maintain procedures and support team training
  • Act as an escalation point and subject matter expert
  • Complete end-to-end platform administration (account opening, maintenance, transactions, rollovers, withdrawals, adviser setup, etc.)
  • Manage client and adviser enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality service
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and draft client communications
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain accurate records and support audits

Requirements:

  • Financial services experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of platforms, financial products and the advice industry
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC/FATCA/CRS and Australian securities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
  • Effective time management and ability to juggle priorities
  • Client-focused, proactive and accountable
  • Collaborative team player with integrity and a continuous improvement mindset
