Senior PR & Communications Manager

EVH, Australia’s leading creative PR communications agency are seeking a Senior PR & Communications Manager to lead strategic communications and campaign management for our diverse portfolio of premium clients.

This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded communications expert operating at the intersection of culture, innovation and influence.

You will lead high-value client relationships and deliver integrated campaigns that combine media, talent, digital and emerging technologies. A strong point of view is expected. So is the ability to translate cultural insight and innovation into work that drives relevance, efficiency and measurable impact.

This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, while shaping team capability and contributing to the agency’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic direction across key accounts with a focus on cultural relevance, business impact and seamless service delivery
• Translate client objectives, data, insights and emerging trends into actionable strategies aligned with client objectives
• Lead best-in-class campaign execution, constantly driving efficiencies and meeting KPIs
• Build and maintain strong trust and relationships with the industry, including media, influencers, c-suite executives, and internal teams
• Lead the development and execution of premium, culturally relevant events and experiences
• Analyse trends, client competitor activities, and insights to inform strategic planning and campaign optimisation
• Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment
• Represent EVH externally, enhancing the agency's reputation and network within the industry

• Minimum 6 years of PR communications experience, ideally within an agency environment, managing premium or luxury brands
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
• High attention to detail with uncompromising standards
• Proven expertise in developing and executing premium and complex campaigns
• Proven industry relationships and an established network in the Australian market
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
• Demonstrated success in new business development, including pitching and proposal delivery
• Based in Sydney, willing to work in a dynamic open-plan office, with full working rights in Australia
