About the Role

Join the Pricing & Analytics team to embed pricing, data, AI and model risk governance across the pricing lifecycle. You will support compliant and transparent pricing changes through practical controls, evidence, reporting and guidance.

By translating risk appetite, regulatory expectations and pricing ethics into everyday practices, you will help teams manage risk consistently. Your guidance will strengthen risk culture, improve governance maturity and support sustainable outcomes for customers and the business.

What You'll Do

• Apply AI and model governance requirements across pricing use cases, documentation, monitoring and registration
• Maintain pricing governance frameworks, procedures, control evidence and audit trails across the pricing lifecycle
• Coordinate evidence for incidents, issues, audits and assurance activities, while tracking actions and escalating risks
• Guide pricing teams on controls, approvals, pricing ethics and practical governance requirements
• Improve governance templates, reporting and processes while maintaining effective controls
• Share risk insights and trend analysis to strengthen capability and help prevent future incidents

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in pricing, governance, risk, data governance, analytics or regulated financial services
• Practical knowledge of controls, evidence, approvals, audit actions, data quality and model or AI risk documentation

• Sound understanding of AI tools, with experience building AI agents to improve efficiency

• Understanding of insurance pricing, data governance and responsible AI or model governance practices

• Experience preparing clear governance documents, reports and stakeholder updates
• Ability to explain complex governance requirements and support teams to apply them practically
• A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience in business, analytics, actuarial studies, risk, data or technology
