Senior - Principal Geotechnical Engineer / Engineering Geologist

We are a hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate group of professionals who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Our growing Wollongong team is looking for an experienced geotechnical professional to provide technical knowledge, project management experience and business development results in the region. You must possess proven experience in managing geotechnical projects from start to finish, as well as training and developing junior staff and managing client relationships. Were looking for someone confident in their ability to hit the ground running and contribute to the teams growth. 

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of experience as a engineer or geologist in a consultancy environment
• An engineering, geology or earth science degree
• Chartership status, or progressing chartership application
• Experience leading geotechnical projects in the residential, commercial and land development space
• Local Wollongong preference is highly preferred; however, candidates with NSW or wider AUS experience will be considered
• A full Australian drivers license
• Australia or NZ citizen or permanent resident
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
