Some of your responsibilities will include:
• Providing or interpreting information for customers in a professional and supportive manner via a range of channels including but not limited to telephone, mail & electronic.
• Providing verbal and written advice to customers and stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with departmental policies, procedures, and standards.
• Contributing positively to a supportive team-based work environment including adherence to shift times and key performance indicators.
• Ensuring security procedures and confidentiality are observed about information provided to customers whilst ensuring compliance with departmental policies, practices and procedures relating to human resources, finance and information technology.
• Identifying and suggesting improvements that may help streamline processing operations, including implementing more efficient processes or automation where applicable.
