Join CommBank's Group Fraud & Scam Technology team and help protect millions of customers.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our Fraud & Scam Management Platform-balancing security, compliance, and customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement, using customer insights, data, and regulatory requirements.
• Prioritise and deliver features with cross-functional squads using Agile practices.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, including risk, compliance, and governance.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, experiments, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactively identify and address risks, ensuring products meet compliance and governance standards.
• Work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven product management experience in complex digital/tech environments.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, analytics, and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal skills for presenting to senior audiences and managing diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of fraud, scams, payments, or financial services is highly desirable.
• Understanding of the Scam Prevention Framework (SPF).
• Strategic thinking and decision-making skills: Ability to analyse complex, ambiguous situations and make informed, timely decisions.
• Comfort with change, ambiguity, and resolving complex issues efficiently.
