Senior Product Manager, Transactional Banking

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in transactional banking, cards, payment processing, merchant services, transaction monitoring and growth. You are expected to have a growth mindset, but also have relevant experience in payments and banking regulations.

• Domain Expertise : Deep understanding of transactional banking, including payment processing, cash management, and digital banking solutions.
• Technical Acumen : Ability to engage with engineering teams on complex technical topics and drive the implementation of sophisticated software solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and optimize user experiences.

• 5+ years of experience in the banking or fintech domain.
• Proven experience in transactional banking.
• Strong data analysis skills and process review capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
