Senior Project Administrator $2bn+ project

We have been appointed to shortlist a Senior Project Administrator for a large Tier 1 building / infrastructure project in Perth. This $2bn+ project will give you job satisfaction and security for the next 8 years as you are joining the project at its infancy with currently only 3 in the team which will soon grow to 30+. This very high-profile infrastructure project is a once in a lifetime project for Perth and will be a fantastic addition to any Project Administrator’s resume.
  
The successful Senior Project Administrator will have loyal longevity served in employments and have 8+ years experience on major Tier 1 multi-million dollar JV/Alliance type projects. We are looking for a multi-talented Senior Project Administrator who has a can-do attitude, is enthusiastic and has a positive team approach to their work. Initially being a small team, everyone needs to be flexible and willing to roll up their sleeves and multi-task across various duties that are often outside their job description until more members to the team are hired. The Senior Project Administrator will report directly to the Project Director and you will have a vital role in helping set this $2bn+ project up for success!
  
Example duties of the Senior Project Administrator;
  

• High level project administration
• Document control using Aconex
• Record management and manage filing system
• General admin / secretarial support of the team
• Liaison with key stakeholders in a complex environment
• Gather and collate information required to support project delivery activities
• Manage all office requirements; stationery, PPE etc
• Compile letters, reports and submissions
• Raise Purchase Orders and process invoices
• Track and manage permit submissions
• Update project risk registers
• Diary management, meeting coordination and minutes
• Catering for functions/meetings/events
