In this role, you'll:
be working as part of a team delivering technical development of regulatory systems and supporting business processes across Road Safety Regulation and Compliance & Automated Enforcement, this role will see you engage with subject matter experts, contribute to system design and development, support project scoping, and help shape improvements to regulatory technology and operational processes.
You will support and coordinate the development, trialling and refinement of enforcement and regulatory system technologies, ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, issues are identified early, and solutions reflect best‑value outcomes in a complex regulatory environment with time‑sensitive program milestones and rapidly evolving technology.

About you
Your regulatory knowledge, project coordination skills and stakeholder engagement strengths formed across regulatory operations, compliance programs, technology‑enabled service environments, or process improvement roles will see you contribute to project planning, evaluate emerging solutions, support process changes, and bring structured problem‑solving that leads to improved systems, stronger regulatory outcomes, and enhanced operational alignment.
You're recognised as a collaborative and solutions‑focused contributor, skilled at working with stakeholders to translate business needs, troubleshoot issues and support technology implementation, experienced in regulatory environments, understanding legislative requirements, contributing to project documentation, and working across teams to embed new processes and tools.
