Senior Project Manager - Digital Projects - Urgent Hiring

PM-Partners are seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong experience leading Digital Projects using Agile ways of working for this 24 month Fixed Term Contract position overseeing multiple projects from a portfolio of innovation transformational work focused on uplifting our client with digital capability for patients, clinicians, and staff. 

In these greenfield projects you will be responsible for setting everything up, creating your delivery plan, putting the building blocks in place through to initiation to then hand over to BAU.

Location: 3 days on-site St Leonard's Sydney office, 2 days WFH flexibility

Duration: ASAP start, 24 month Fixed Term Contract

Fixed Term Salary: $180K - $190K including super

To be considered for this position you will have experience and strengths in the following: 

• 8+ Years, delivery focused Senior Project Management experience
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Strong applications, web, software projects experience
• Experience in the health sector
  • Experience working with health applications, medical platforms, and systems integration (highly desirable).
• Solid understanding of digital technologies, UX/UI principles, and industry best practices
• Strong evidence of working with Service Design and UX teams
• Experience of end-to-end project lifecycles in a structured environment. 
• Extensive experience in managing COTS implementation.
• Significant change management or transformation experience.
• Ability to manage the work of a project team to agreed outcomes, in line with relevant governance approaches and tools
• Confidence in applying structured techniques in an unstructured environment.
• Experience of working with sponsors, product owners and systems experts in greenfield or early concept environments.
• Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMBOK, etc..
• Experience in direct communication with senior management and the project governance authorities (Business Sponsor, project board, steering committee, etc.) 
• Experience with negotiating with users, technical staff, and product owners to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong vendor management experience and skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with customer’s operations, engineering and architecture teams, and build relationships with key customer stakeholders, and become a trusted advisor. 
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, project scope, budget and timelines effectively
• Comfortable being the senior key escalation point for project risk and issues 
• Ability to manage and mentor junior direct reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
