About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Minor Works, Senior Project Manager who wants to join a supportive company that drives safety, quality and building strong relationships with clients and subbies, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it.

• Prior experience as a Project Manager delivering projects up to $20m.
• Experience in delivering successful outcomes from negotiations with external and internal stakeholders.
• Significant experience across refurbishment, remediation and new build commercial construction projects.
• Previous experience and understanding of the contracts administration function
• Experience liaising with developers, suppliers and clients.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of building codes.
• Prior experience in a leadership role with proven capability of successfully managing a team.
• This position will suit a relationship focused individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
