Requirements

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Technical Project Specialist to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale projects within regulated environments. The role requires strong expertise in project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) and the ability to manage the end-to-end project lifecycle in compliance-driven domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project delivery for complex technical and network programs

Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in alignment with business objectives

Apply PMBOK and Agile methodologies to drive successful project outcomes

Coordinate with cross-functional teams across engineering, network, security, and operations

Manage stakeholder engagement, including internal and external parties

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks

Monitor project performance and provide status reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Technical Project Specialist

Demonstrated success delivering complex projects in regulated environments

Strong working knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, and hybrid methodologies

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-impact programs

Education & Certifications (Preferred):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master (preferred)
