Job Description - Senior Project Officer

Project Officer I Initially 3 months + potential extensions Your new role
In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, including board-level members and oversight committees, ensuring seamless coordination, high-quality documentation, and efficient project operations.
What you'll need to succeed

Provide governance support across oversight committees and senior forums

Manage relationships with executive and board-level stakeholders with professionalism and confidence

Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality written materials, reports, and documentation

Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial tracking

Capture clear, concise, and relevant meeting notes

Drive organisational efficiency through exceptional planning and coordination
