Our client is a distinguished Real Estate franchise agency, working across the Lower North Shore/North area for over 16 years. Known for their expertise and achievements in the area, they operate from elegant offices in a convenient location, near cafes, restaurants, and easy street parking. The office enjoys low staff turnover and a tight-knit team, looking for a new member to complement their collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a select portfolio of 110 properties, all situated in the LNS
- Represent clients at Tribunal hearings
- Facilitate communication between landlords and tenants
- Manage rent increases and handle arrears
- No responsibilities for leasing or accounting
Candidate Profile:
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is mandatory
- At least 3 years of property management experience
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and polished presentation
- Familiarity with Property Tree or Property Me is advantageous
