Our client is a well established agency across New South Wales, dominating the market share of many suburbs providing a complete range of Real Estate services in both Residential and Commercial.
They are now seeking for a Senior Property Manager to join their growing team. You will have your weekend back, NO Saturday work is required!
Responsibilities:
- Working as a team with 2 other Property Managers and 1 Assistant to manage 500 portfolios, reporting to the management team
- Conduct routine and outgoing reports as per scheduled by the Team Leader
- Conduct rent reviews at least 60-80 days before the fixed term agreement ends and manage Lease renewals
- Monitor tenants invoices payment to avoid any overdue
- Reviewing and approving Tenants’ applications
- Chasing up and resolving any rent arrears
- Prepare documents and attend for NCAT hearing
- Organizing repairs and maintenance process accordantly upon request
- Maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Requirements:
- Agents Rep Certificate
- Proficient in using PropertyMe, Microsoft Suite
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Property Manager
- Valid Driver’s License and a reliable car
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Great task and time management skill to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to details
- Fluent in English and Chinese speaking skill is essential
- Australian PR or Citizen
