• At least 3 years experience in a portfolio role in Queensland. Resilience and Optimism

Tasks & responsibilities

• Complete Responsibility for a smaller portfolio with long standing clients. Business Development work where time allows Managing arrears, vacancies, routine inspections, exits and entries. Managing maintenance and client and tenant satisfaction.
