Our esteemed client seeks a motivated and customer-centric Property Manager to join their expanding team. With a portfolio of 180  properties, this role demands effective management to ensure the satisfaction of their executive landlords.

Duties:

• Oversee management of 180 properties, all nestled in the Eastern region with full support
• Conduct outgoing inspections
• Deliver exceptional customer service to landlords
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and property documentation
• Handle rent reviews and adjustments
• Collaborate closely with the leasing team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Prior Property Management experience - Junior candidates are encouraged to apply
• Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presentation
• Valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Familiarity with the Eastern suburbs is advantageous
