We are looking for an experienced property manager, with 2-3 years + of experience to join this fabulous team of high performers. FULL support to your portfolio, designed to enable you to provide the BEST quality to your clients.
The Role: - Managing around 150-180 Properties - all local!
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Communicating with owners, including meeting onsite if required
- Negotiating lease renewals
- Attending NCAT as required
- Outgoing inspections
- No Weekends!
- Monday - Friday Only
- Great team & environment - No micromanaging!
- Fun & encouraging Directors!
The Candidate:
- Ideally a Property Manager with 2 + years experience
- Must be organised & have high attention to detail
- Current Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
- Highly ambitious and driven!
- Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- The ability to build & maintain new relationships
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
