The Role: 

• management of a well maintained portfolio
• Routine inspections, Ingoing's/outgoing's
• Client/Tenant Relationship Management
• Liaising with external vendors
• Providing guidance to other members of the PM team 
• carrying out regular rent reviews & increases
• support of a dedicated Leasing Consultant
