Senior Property Manager | North Ryde Opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join this established agency in the North Ryde area servicing clients since 2008!
This role has become available due to rapid growth in the company, managing a local portfolio of circa 170 properties with leasing & admin support. This opportunity will suit an experienced Property Manager who is looking to leap into a Senior role and take on more responsibility!
You will be joining a team of 15 eager & passionate staff who are all driven towards providing the best possible service to their clients across sales & leasing, with on going support & training and future career growth within the company.
This role is Monday - Friday (No Saturdays) & WFH options.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: - Management of a portfolio circa 170 properties | North Ryde Area
- Handle email and phone enquiries
- Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
- Other administrative duties, with admin & leasing consultants for support
- Managing both tenants & landlords
- Routine inspections
- Leasing support
WHATS ON OFFER:- Salary of $900,000 - $100,000 + Super

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:- Real Estate Certificate to work as a Property Manager
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
