Senior Property Manager / Team Leader Working under a professional, friendly and experienced Director of a Real Estate agency, we need a Senior PM to step into a Team Leader / Pod Leader style role in Melbourne's inner suburbs.
Due to growth this role is taking over a high end portfolio and helping the Director of Property Management run a small team of staff, with 3-4 people reporting to you, and you reporting to the Director of Property Management.
Responsibilities:You will manage 130 high end residential properties *clean portfolio* around the Armadale area. With a leasing consultant + administrator on the team you can use/delegate to also.
The Company: This is a stable, high end established office, selling high end properties in the inner south eastern suburbs. With 2x offices in the areas of Stonnington/Boorondara, you can work from either office.
Team of 15+ friendly staff, a stable office with ~3 year average tenure of employment.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm with 1 hour lunch, 1 in 8 Saturdays with time in lieu also for Saturday hours
Parking located at office, there are ~12 spots at back of office for the 15+ staff, first in best dressed otherwise free 4 hour parking around office.
Money: Expect to earn $95,000 + Super + Comms and Bonuses, with a review to $100,000 + Super after 6 months (pending performance and actually managing the staff)
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:- Real Estate/Property Experience ideally in senior roles & has trained an assistant property manager
- Corporately presented
- Strong written & spoken skills
- Agents Rep, Car and Drivers Licence
