- Floating PM role, step into portfolios as and when they need help and support
- A full-service agency with lots of support – Don’t ever feel overwhelmed in your role again
- Be supported with a full-time assistant property manager who looks after all inspections, PCRS, and Final Bonds
- Dedicated trust accountant
- Leasing team
- You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio!
- Passion for providing top customer service
SKILL & EXPERIENCE - Minimum 3 + years experience as a property manager
- Current Property Management Registration and CPD Points
- Professional presentation and high-level communication skills
- Exceptional people skills and the drive to ensure your clients receive the best experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional work ethic to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results
- Computer proficient, Property Tree experience or REST essential
- Ability to work autonomously
