We are growing and looking for ambitious and curious Senior Quant Consultant to join our Sydney team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

With a minimum of three years experience in quantitative research, this is your opportunity to work alongside like-minded, passionate researchers in a really connected, high performing team culture. Utilising your creativity and problem-solving skills you will work on projects answering clients’ business needs and enabling client decision making and growth.  

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in our delivery team, involved in all parts of the research and insight process helping to design, manage, and report on projects. 

Responsible for delivering projects end to end and working across a variety of clients you will use your solid quantitative research background, your amazing analysis skills, your knowledge of marketing, and your knack for storytelling to deliver insight and strategy to our clients in meaningful and impactful ways.  

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least three years' experience in a fast paced research agency or similar
• Is experienced in leading the design and successful execution of a wide range of research projects.
• Has hands on experience analysing quantitative data, use Q and applying frameworks and thinking to solve marketing and other organisational problems. 
• Has the ability to creatively find solutions and is curious and open to new ideas.
• Is passionate about joining a growth minded, deeply collaborative organisation
