Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with 5-10 years of experience to join our client's Canberra team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on significant Health, Defence, and Social Infrastructure projects, including high-profile government work and embassy upgrades. Typical project values range from $100M to $200M, though experience with projects valued at $5M to $10M is also highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities: Conducting cost planning, cost analysis, benchmarking, feasibility studies, and cost comparison and analysis (70%).
Managing costs, contract administration, and reporting (30%).
Utilizing CostX software for accurate project estimations and analysis.
