Job Description - Senior Recruiter - Internal Team (Australia based)

Keller Executive Search is currently seeking a highly experienced senior recruiter based in Australia. We are looking for a top-tier professional who is prepared to take on the distinctive challenges and exceptional opportunities that this role offers.
You will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in driving our growth. You will closely collaborate with other professionals to identify the most qualified senior talent for our clients. Through conducting thorough interviews and employing advanced techniques and assessment tools, you will have the ability to make significant hiring decisions that shape the future of both organizations and individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough interviews and evaluations for managerial and senior-level applicants, employing advanced interviewing techniques and assessment instruments.
  • Collaborate with our research team to devise creative sourcing strategies, ensuring a steady stream of highly qualified candidates.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and recruitment technologies to incorporate industry best practices into talent acquisition.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor recruitment metrics, striving for continual improvement in the recruitment process.
  • Receive commission for successfully matching candidates to positions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, either in a Human Resources department or at a recruitment firm.
  • A track record of successfully identifying and evaluating talent for managerial and senior-level positions.
  • Demonstrates proactive and independent behavior, exhibiting qualities such as energy, intelligence, and resourcefulness.
  • Possesses operational management experience along with a strategic problem-solving approach.
  • Exhibits a professional demeanor that can impress clients and partners globally.
  • Enjoys engaging with new companies and individuals on a global scale, while also being adept at promoting and selling solutions and services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in recruitment
  • Experience in negotiation is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Slides
