Senior Recruitment Consultant - HR

The Opportunity

Techforce are seeking an experienced white-collar recruitment consultant to join the team working within the HR and recruitment space on an active desk with live roles.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in white-collar positions across multiple HR disciplines. You will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions, as well as working on strategic business development and market mapping plans for new clients.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

The ability to handle multiple live roles at onceMinimum 2 years experience as a recruitment consultantPrevious experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant in an agency environmentExperience working to and exceeding targets and deliverablesDeveloped candidate management and interview skillsHistory of lead generation and outcomesStrong time management and critical thinking abilityPositive and energetic approach to your working dayResilience and confidence, driven by success
