About the role
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, while delivering high-quality candidates and achieving sales targets.
Applicants must demonstrate solid knowledge of nursing practices and the healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support growth
Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through multiple channels
Providing candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database
Meeting agreed KPIs and contributing to team targets
Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
What we’re looking for:
Proven recruitment experience and strong knowledge of healthcare, nursing
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and candidate care
Commercial acumen with the drive to achieve targets and deliver results
High attention to detail, with solid administration and database management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems
Desirable qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields
