About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in client development, candidate sourcing, and the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll work closely with clients to build strong partnerships, while delivering high-quality candidates and achieving sales targets. 

• Applicants must demonstrate solid knowledge of nursing practices and the healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support growth

• Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through multiple channels

• Providing candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement

• Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in the recruitment database

• Meeting agreed KPIs and contributing to team targets

• Ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Proven recruitment experience and strong knowledge of healthcare, nursing

• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and candidate care

• Commercial acumen with the drive to achieve targets and deliver results

• High attention to detail, with solid administration and database management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems

Desirable qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Marketing, or related fields
