Senior Revit Draftsperson - Room for Advancement

In this pivotal role, you will focus on mastering development drafts, ensuring information flows efficiently across operational and cross-functional teams, partnering with key stakeholders and ensuring continued improvements extend from Masters to Production and broader Operational functions. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on front-end development, preparing and documenting all master templates with a focus on high-quality and accuracy.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and maintain master templates for drafting projects using Revit software.
• Ensure seamless integration and information exchange between master drafting and production teams.
• Act as a strong business partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute to technical discussions and decisions with a deep understanding of drafting and its implications on project outcomes.
• Maintain a focus on strategic development without engaging in the routine production or design tasks.

We are ideally seeking candidates with:

• Sound working in knowledge of the volume building, masters documentation and construction process.
• Proficiency with Revit Technology
• Ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks at once
• Strong attention to detail
• Well-developed communication skills
• Knowledge of Rescode dispensation, BOE's, current and future energy requirements.
