We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk Consultant – Business Resilience to join our Risk team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping Computershare strengthen its business resilience capability, ensuring the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptions while continuing to deliver services to our clients, customers, and stakeholders.

A role you will love

As a Senior Risk Consultant – Business Resilience, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of Computershare's business resilience capability. You will work closely with business units and risk partners to identify critical business services, assess disruption impacts, coordinate resilience planning activities, and support testing and incident response programs. You will bring a proactive, collaborative approach while helping drive resilience awareness and ensuring resilience obligations are met across the organization.

Some key responsibilities:

• Support the ongoing development, implementation, and enhancement of the Business Resilience Framework.
• Facilitate business impact assessments and identify critical business processes and dependencies.
• Coordinate business continuity planning activities and support regular testing exercises.
• Assist in the delivery of operational resilience and crisis management initiatives.
• Monitor, assess, and report on resilience-related risks, incidents, and emerging issues.
• Support business units in implementing resilience controls and improving preparedness.
• Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on resilience requirements, standards, and best practices.
• Contribute to governance reporting, management committees, regulatory reviews, and audit activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.

What will you bring to the role?

• Proven experience within Business Resilience, Business Continuity, Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of resilience frameworks, business continuity management, and crisis management practices.
• Experience conducting business impact assessments, resilience testing, and recovery planning activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
• Understanding of risk management principles and relevant regulatory expectations.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBCI, MBCI, or equivalent would be advantageous.
