Job Description - Senior Sales Administrator

Are you a senior real estate administrator looking to take the next step up in your career?
The senior sales administrator role, internally known as ‘Hub Leader, is a diverse and engaging role where no two days are the same. This role plays an integral part in delivering high quality administrative and customer service support to the Place Bulimba office and its clients.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong real estate acumen and the ability to problem solve. You will be managing the workflow of other sales administrators and acts as an escalation point. You will be available to work full-time completing all duties whilst ensuring a positive customer experience from front of house.
 
What will the day-to-day look like?

  • Acting as an escalation point for the team of sales administrators and customer service staff;
  • Managing the team workflow, ensuring maximum productivity is achieved;
  • Working with the Business Support Manager to implement strategies to develop ‘The Hub’ and it’s services;
  • Assisting the Business Support Manager as a 2IC with project overflow;
  • Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues;
  • Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
  • Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep;
  • Assisting with the preparation of Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
  • Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity, and;
  • Contribute to the role with new ideas and identify new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of real estate administration experience;
  • Experience leading a team (highly advantageous);
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail;
  • Passion and desire to help others succeed;
  • Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Confidence in working with Microsoft Office; and
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible.
