Senior Sales Consultant

Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a high-end luxurious tailor in the heart of Richmond. The company offers an end-to-end experience to their clients including consultation, fitting, design, refinement, and handover.

Their showroom is fitted out with an entertainment area with a fully stocked bar, pool table, and big screen TV to create an immersive experience for clients coming in with friends, colleagues or groomsmen. 

The right candidate will pride themselves on offering the highest level of professional service and will have a strong understanding of the sales process, relationship building and closing. Experience working within the luxury retail industry, or relevant roles such as Real Estate is highly desirable for this position.

• Be an ambassador of the brand
• Schedule appointments with inbound customer enquiries
• Build and nurture relationships with clients
• Deliver an unforgettable experience - both personalised and luxurious
• Maximising B2B & B2C portfolio sales
• Managing & maintaining customer relationships and expectations
• Guarantee and deliver both the perfect suit and experience to clients   

What do you need?

• Sales & customer service experience preferred
• Real estate experience highly sought after 
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Experience in prospecting new business
• Willing to work some late nights and weekends
• Excellent phone & face to face communication skills
• Able to follow instructions & meet expected KPI's
