Role Overview:
As the Senior Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a small team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for training a small team, developing their skills, and assisting them meet their sales targets. Additionally, you will actively engage in selling opportunities booked by your team each month, demonstrating your expertise and leading by example.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Handle sales opportunities booked by the sales team, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
Report on sales metrics and performance to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a sales role within a digital marketing agency who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Strong understanding of digital marketing.
Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop a small sales team.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
