Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – Melbourne/Sydney

Fulltime

$130,000 – $140,000 + super

We are looking for an experienced marketing cloud consultant to join a fast-growing and well-respected consulting partner in Melbourne. Working with a young and dynamic team who put customers at the heart of everything they do you will be responsible for managing full end-to-end marketing cloud projects from pre-sales to completion.

You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit, have a customer-first approach to your work, and get excited about helping grow the business. You will get the chance to work with various customers from different industries.

The Role

Managing the full end-to-end delivery of marketing cloud projects

Lead requirements gathering workshops

Designing SFMC processes, including solutions that integrate multiple Salesforce Clouds.

Designing and managing the delivery of dynamic content for emails and cloud pages using AMP scripts.

Overseeing the execution of marketing and email campaigns, with a focus on personalization and dynamic content.

Creating personalisation solutions across multiple channels such as web and email.

Developing and implementing integrations with other systems.

User training and client management

Experience

3+ years experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud either in an implementation or consultant role

A deep understanding of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and relevant exposure to associated Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities etc)

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to problem-solving

Relevant Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer)

Whilst not necessary, the following would be highly desirable in a candidate:

Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation and the corresponding Professional Accreditation

Sales/Service Cloud implementation or development experience
