Working with clients with complex disabilities and mental health barriers, you will champion their goals and lead fulfilling lives through high-quality, person centre care and the opportunity for independent living.

Role Overview

As the Service Manager, you will lead and supervise a team to achieve both strategic and operational objectives. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will ensure services are assessed, planned, evaluated, and delivered according to participant care plans and NDIS SIL plans. Your support will include role modeling, coaching, and supervision, enabling participants to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring supports align with participant goals.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor your team to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
• Provide effective onboarding, site orientation, and training to new employees.
• Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision
• Coordinate on-site support and incident reviews, in consultation with Compliance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated understanding of leading and supervising a team to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
• Knowledge and capability to deliver contemporary and innovative services in the disability sector.
• Ability to engage with, motivate, train, and mentor teams.
• Experience in working individually with participants, undertaking planning and delivery work as per care plans, and providing support to families and carers.
