Senior ServiceNow Engineer
Your new companyAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations that support the operational and strategic objectives. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to gather requirements, identify process improvements, and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring compliance with development standards, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment. You will also act as a subject-matter expert, support solution design, and influence continuous improvement across the platform.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow workflows, applications, and integrations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyse requirements, estimate delivery effort, and design/build solutions.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, including root cause analysis and preventative actions.
- Ensuring adherence to software development standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Supporting solution investigations, liaising with technical experts, and contributing to design and costing.
- Acting as a ServiceNow subject-matter expert for internal and external partners.
- Promoting continuous improvement and demonstrating leadership behaviours.
- Providing clear, timely updates on progress and delivery expectations.
